How the Akashic Records Can Transform an Everyday Conversation

Many people ask me how the Akashic Records can actually help us in everyday life.

People often think of the Akashic Records as a place to receive spiritual guidance, understand their life purpose, or explore past lives.

The Records certainly can help us with those things.

But I have found that some of the greatest wisdom comes through the ordinary moments of everyday life.

I'd like to share one of those moments.

Background

Recently, I was learning how to use a new stethoscope. The instruction manual was printed in tiny fonts with very small graphics, making it difficult to read.

My husband suggested that I take pictures of the manual and upload them to AI so it could convert everything into a PDF. Then I could enlarge the text and print it if I wanted.

I thought it was a great idea.

I tried it, and it worked beautifully.

Later, my husband asked how it had worked out.

I told him it worked really well.

Then he said something I wasn't expecting.

He told me that lately he has become hesitant to offer suggestions because he isn't sure how I'll respond.

My immediate reaction was to explain that years ago, when we first got together, I had also been hesitant to make suggestions because of how he responded back then.

He gently replied,

"I'm talking about me, not you."

Those words stopped me.

This may sound like a very ordinary conversation between husband and wife.

It was.

Yet it became one of those moments that reminded me how practical the wisdom from our Akashic Records can be.

My Realization

The moment my husband said those words, I saw something I had never fully seen before.

Without realizing it, I had shifted the conversation away from what he was trying to express and made it about me.

I wasn't trying to dismiss his feelings.

I wasn't trying to prove him wrong.

I wasn't even aware I was doing it.

But by defending myself, I had unintentionally shut down his voice.

As I sat with that realization, I could also see something else.

Sometimes, when someone shares how they feel, they aren't asking us to explain ourselves.

They simply want us to hear them.

I also realized that in our marriage, I naturally do most of the talking.

My husband has always been much quieter than I am.

If I continue responding this way, I am making it even harder for him to express himself.

Right then, I told him what I had realized.

I said,

"I need to be more conscious about letting you say what you want to say—not to suffocate your voice—and at the same time still speak up for myself."

That realization stayed with me, so I brought it into my Akashic Records.

Question for My Akashic Records

How to be patient listening to husband and his suggestions, standing up for myself and yet not suffocate his own voice? How to appreciate husband more naturally to lift him up, not dragging him down?

Answer from My Akashic Records

With Love.

Put Love behind everything, then it is self-sustainable.

Then my Records asked me a series of questions.

  • Is your husband the only partner you've ever had who has always truly had your best interests at heart?

  • Does your husband willingly do things for you without expecting anything in return?

  • Does your husband consistently lift you up instead of bringing you down?

  • Does he help you become the best person you can be?

  • Does he help you navigate life with greater ease and support?

  • Does he help you see clearly when you cannot?

  • Does he take care of you when you need him?

  • Does he recognize and appreciate your love and support?

  • Does he put you before himself?

  • Does he trust you?

  • Does he open his heart to you more than he has with others?

  • Has he helped you heal your trauma?

  • Has he helped you heal your relationship with your birth family?

  • Has he helped you gain confidence in teaching and growing your business?

  • Is he one of the reasons you were able to complete four books without guilt?

Experience & Reflection

As I quietly answered each question with "Yes," my heart naturally filled with love.

My Records were not trying to convince me to be more patient or lecture me why I should appreciate my husband.

Instead, something much more genuine happened.

They had been helping me remember all along.

I remembered how deeply my husband has loved me—not only through words, but through countless actions over many years.

I remembered how often he has quietly supported me, encouraged me, cared for me, and stood beside me without asking for recognition.

In those moments of realization, I felt overwhelmingly loved.

I was reminded how fortunate I am to have him walking beside me through life.

I can now listen to what he says without needing to defend myself.

It became the most natural response.

Only then did I fully understand why my Records began with these simple words:

With Love.

Put Love behind everything, then it is self-sustainable.

The wisdom wasn't telling me to force myself to become more patient.

It reminded me of how deeply I am loved.

From that place of Love, patience and appreciation naturally followed.

That is what I find so remarkable about the Akashic Records.

The Records rarely tell us what to think.

Instead, they gently help us remember what our soul already knows.

Sometimes they don't change the situation.

They help us see the situation differently.

And when our perception changes, our response changes naturally.

Final Thoughts

This experience reminded me once again that the wisdom from the Akashic Records isn't meant to stay inside a reading session.

It isn't meant to remain on the pages of a journal.

It is meant to become part of how we listen, how we communicate, how we love, and ultimately, how we live.

Often, our greatest spiritual growth happens during an ordinary conversation.

One moment of awareness can change the way we relate to someone for years to come.

That, to me, is one of the greatest gifts of the Akashic Records.

They help us bring the wisdom of our own soul into everyday life—one conversation, one realization, and one loving choice at a time.

So let me leave you with one question.

What conversation with someone in your life could change if you looked at it through the eyes of Love instead of defensiveness?

Sometimes the greatest gift the Akashic Records offer isn't changing our circumstances.

It is changing our heart.

And when our heart changes, everything else begins to change with it.
