Terms of Service Agreement

Please read our Terms of Service Agreement carefully before purchasing any service/product.

These Terms govern your use of our Akashic Records Certification Programs, Akashic Records sessions, energy healing sessions, events/promotions, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). We will notify you of changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on our website.

By completing a purchase, application, or registration for a service, program, or event provided by Jiayuh Chyan [the “Company”], you, the Client, agree to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms.

1.    Definitions

Client” refers to any individual who purchases, applies for, registers for, or participates in the Company’s Services.

Company” refers to Jiayuh Chyan and its representatives providing the Services.

Program” refers to any structured course or certification, including Akashic Records Certification Programs.

Service” includes all offerings, such as individual sessions, group classes, programs, events, or promotions provided by the Company.

Business Day” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

2.    Terms

These Terms begin on the date of scheduling the appointment, applying for a program/course, signing up for a promotion/event, or purchasing a service/product.

3.    Cancellation & Refund Policy

EBooks and print books are non-cancellable and non-refundable after purchase.

For refundable services, programs, classes, events, or promotions, a 15% non-refundable administration fee applies to all eligible refunds requested within the deadlines specified below via email to jiayuh@jiayuhchyan.com. You will be refunded 85% of the original payment.

The refund will be processed through the same method of your original payment, or an alternative method if deemed necessary by the Company.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear, though delays may occur due to payment processors or banks, especially for international transactions. International Clients may have additional refund rights under applicable local laws.

A single session: Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

A series of multiple sessions: Refunds must be requested at least 72 hours before the first scheduled appointment.

To cancel a single session or a series of multiple sessions, go to your appointment confirmation email and click the Change/Cancel Appointment button.

A certification program or a series of classes: Refunds must be requested at least three weeks before the program starts. To cancel, email jiayuh@jiayuhchyan.com.

No refunds will be granted after the specified deadlines for each service type.

4.    Reschedule Policy

A single session: Must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

A series of multiple sessions: Must be rescheduled at least 72 hours before the first scheduled appointment.

To reschedule a single session or a series of multiple sessions, go to your appointment confirmation email and click the Change/Cancel Appointment button.

A certification program or a series of classes: Cannot be rescheduled, except in health emergencies, family emergencies, or natural disasters, subject to the requirements outlined in Section 7 (Service, Program, and Class Interruption, Absence, and Rescheduling Exception Policy). To request an exception for review, email jiayuh@jiayuhchyan.com with an explanation of your emergency.

5.    No-Show Policy

For any services or classes, once scheduled, the Client is charged the full amount. No refunds will be granted if the Client does not attend the scheduled services or classes or fails to reschedule as required.

A “no-show” is defined as failing to attend a scheduled service or class without prior notice as required by Section 4 (Reschedule Policy), which includes using the Change/Cancel Appointment button for single or multiple sessions or emailing jiayuh@jiayuhchyan.com for certification program exceptions.

6.    Transfer Policy

Purchases, applications, and registrations are non-transferable to another person and non-interchangeable with other services or classes.

7.    Service, Program, and Class Interruption, Absence, and Rescheduling Exception Policy

If, for any reason, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Client is absent from a class in the middle of a scheduled program or a series of services/classes in a group setting, upon request by the Client, the Company will provide the Client with audio recordings of the group class after it is completed.

If, for any reason, the Client is absent from a scheduled individual session in the middle of a program or a series of services/classes, that individual session is deemed forfeited. No refund will be granted.

If, due to health, family emergency, or a natural disaster, the Client requests to pause attendance of the remaining scheduled program or series of services/classes, exceptions may be made solely at the Company’s discretion on a case-by-case basis and only once.

If granted, the Client agrees to complete the remaining services/classes in the next available program/service/class and pay any price difference, if applicable. If the Client fails to resume attending the next available service/class, the remaining part of the program or series of services/classes is deemed forfeited. No refund will be granted.

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a service/program/class at any time for any reason.

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the remaining schedule in the middle of a program or a series of services/classes due to unforeseen events or forces beyond the Company’s control, such as health, family emergency, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

In the event of such an interruption, the Company will resume the remaining program or services/classes as soon as practicable, subject to availability of instructors or resources. In the rare event that the Company is permanently unable to resume services/classes, a prorated refund for the remaining services/classes will be issued, based on the number of sessions or classes not delivered.

8.    Follow-Up Questions for Individual Sessions Policy

All individual sessions are deemed completed at the end of the scheduled appointment. Follow-up questions about completed individual sessions will not be answered outside of a new prepaid appointment. To discuss additional questions or seek further guidance, please schedule a new appointment.

9.    Certificates Policy

The Client must complete all required training and work successfully by the due date specified for the certification program to receive a certificate issued by the Company. Incomplete or late work will not be accepted.

“Successfully” means meeting all program requirements, including attendance, assignments, and any assessments, as outlined by the Company.

10.    Informational Purposes Only

The Company does not dispense medical advice, make diagnoses, or prescribe any technique as a form of treatment.

Services provided are intended solely to support the Client’s personal and spiritual growth. Information provided is for informational purposes only.

Services are not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment, and advice of a qualified licensed professional, including, but not limited to, medical, legal, financial, and psychological professionals. Always consult a licensed professional for medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.

By purchasing and participating in services, you understand and agree that they are not a substitute for any qualified licensed professional services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and decisions.

While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content. For details on how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11.    No Guarantees Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantee of the results you may achieve from using any service.

The Client agrees that any statement made about the potential results or benefits of the service is an opinion of the Company only and not binding on the Company.

The Company may provide testimonials that show the results or benefits other Clients have experienced using this service.

The results you experience depend on many factors, including, but not limited to: your unique composition as a human being with different needs, your dedication and commitment to the spiritual work/practice/homework, and other factors that the Company or the Client cannot anticipate. Outcomes of spiritual practices vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

12.    Confidentiality Statement

Information the Client provides or discusses during one-on-one sessions with the Company is confidential, meaning it will not be disclosed except as required by law (e.g., court orders) or with the Client’s consent. See Section 13 (Privacy Policy) for details on how personal data is handled.

Information the Client provides or offers during a group setting is not confidential.

Information shared in one-on-one or group settings may be discussed without using specifics, names, or any other identifiable information for educational purposes within the Company’s programs, such as to enhance teaching or illustrate concepts.

13.    Privacy Policy

The Company respects the privacy concerns of the Client.

Information collected from the Client for a purchase, application, registration, or sign-up for a service, program, event, download, offer, and survey is used by the Company to conduct legitimate business only.

Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our Company and services/programs/products. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings.

The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement, except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to that transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by the Client.

EU residents have the right to access or delete their data.

Minimum Age for Participation: You must be at least 22 years old to participate in any sessions or 25 years old to apply for or participate in any Certification Program offered by the Company. The Company will not accept bookings, applications, or personal information from individuals who do not meet these age requirements.

Links to External Sites: The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked in the product or on our website. The Company is also not responsible for any information that the Client might share with such linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective privacy policy and practices before disclosing any information.

Information provided by the Client via email inquiries to the Company, such as your e-mail address, is used only to respond to your inquiries in the ordinary course of business and is never shared with third parties.

Your Acceptance of These Terms: By purchasing the service/product/program or participating in an event/promotion, the Client accepts the policies and restrictions set forth in this Privacy Policy.

14.    Intellectual Property

14.1 Ownership

The Client agrees that the program (the “Product”) itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, services, and/or other materials, including content from both recorded and live meetings, made available by the Company, as well as the design and presentation of all of the foregoing, (collectively, the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Jiayuh Chyan (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company.

The Client agrees that the live meetings in which the Client participates in the program (the “Product”) are the property of the Company and can be recorded by the Company.

14.2 License

The Client agrees that the Program’s Content includes all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, graphics, voice, and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text, as well as all other materials included in the Program.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service Agreement, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Program solely for your personal purposes.

Clients may take notes or create derivative materials, such as summaries or study aids, from Program Content for personal use only, provided such materials shall not be shared or used for commercial purposes in violation of these Terms of Service Agreement.

14.3 Restrictions

All content, such as text, data, graphics files, videos, and sound files, and other materials contained in the Program, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the properties of the Company. No such materials may be used except as stated in these Terms of Service Agreement.

All trade names, trademarks, and images and biographical information of people used in the Program and contained in the Product are either the property of, or used with permission, by the Company. The use of Content by the Client is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Service Agreement.

Any unauthorized use of Content may violate the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as the laws of privacy and publicity, and other regulations and statutes.

No Program Content, including any and all software, tools, graphics, and/or sound files, may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for public or commercial purposes unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service Agreement or in the Program shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark or other proprietary information without the express written consent of the Company.

The Company respects the copyright, trademark, and all other intellectual property rights of others. The Company has the right, but no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service Agreement.

14.4  Akashic Records Level One Certificate Permissions

While enrolled in the Program, the Client is strictly prohibited from teaching others any method of accessing the Akashic Records, including methods developed by the Client, or taught by other organizations.

Upon successful completion of the Jiayuh Chyan Level One Akashic Records Certification Program, the Client receives the Akashic Records Advisor Certificate, granting a limited license to use the skills of accessing the Akashic Records, including the Universal Akashic Prayer© (UAP) method, taught in the Program, subject to the following conditions:

The Client must use the Universal Akashic Prayer© (UAP) method to access the Akashic Records for all permitted activities under this Certificate.

The Client must adhere to the Certification Program Reading Guidelines, which require compliance with restrictions on alcohol and recreational drugs, minimum age requirements, obtaining conscious permission from individuals before accessing their Akashic Records, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

The Client may access the Akashic Records for personal use.

The Client may access the Akashic Records on behalf of other individuals, provided it is conducted in a one-on-one, real-time conversation service setting with the Client’s customer.

The Client may access the Akashic Records on behalf of non-humans (e.g., animals, objects, or entities), provided it is conducted in a one-on-one, real-time conversation service setting with the owner of the non-human, with the express permission of the owner.

The Client is strictly prohibited from teaching others how to access the Akashic Records using the Universal Akashic Prayer© (UAP) method, or any other skills taught in the Program, without express written permission from the Company.

Any violation of these conditions constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service Agreement and may result in revocation of the Certificate and legal action to protect the Company’s intellectual property.

14.5 Akashic Records Level Two Certificate Permissions

While enrolled in the Program, the Client is strictly prohibited from teaching others any method of accessing the Akashic Records, performing Younger-Self Healing, Past Life Healing, or Ancestral Patterns Releasing, including methods developed by the Client, or taught by other organizations.

Upon successful completion of the Jiayuh Chyan Level Two Advanced Akashic Records Certification Program, the Client receives the Akashic Records Advanced Healing Advisor Certificate, granting a limited license to use the skills of Younger-Self Healing, Past Life Healing, and Ancestral Patterns Releasing, including the Universal Akashic Prayer© (UAP) method, taught in the Program, subject to the following conditions:

The Client must use the Universal Akashic Prayer© (UAP) method to access the Akashic Records for all permitted activities under this Certificate.

The Client must adhere to the Level One Certification Program Reading Guidelines, which require compliance with restrictions on alcohol and recreational drugs, minimum age requirements, obtaining conscious permission from individuals before accessing their Akashic Records, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

The Client may perform Younger-Self Healing, Past Life Healing, and Ancestral Patterns Releasing for personal use within their own Akashic Records.

The Client may perform Younger-Self Healing, Past Life Healing, and Ancestral Patterns Releasing on behalf of other individuals, provided it is conducted in a one-on-one, real-time conversation service setting with the Client’s customer.

The Client is strictly prohibited from teaching others how to access the Akashic Records, perform Younger-Self Healing, Past Life Healing, Ancestral Patterns Releasing using the Universal Akashic Prayer© (UAP) method, or any other skills taught in the Level One or Level Two Programs, without express written permission from the Company.

Any violation of these conditions constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service Agreement and may result in revocation of the Certificate and legal action to protect the Company’s intellectual property.

15. Access to Program Materials and Community

Clients enrolled in the Jiayuh Chyan Level One Akashic Records Certification Program or Level Two Advanced Akashic Records Certification Program may download program materials (e.g., course content, videos, documents) for personal, non-commercial use during the program, subject to the intellectual property restrictions in Section 14.

Clients requiring additional time to access program materials after the expiration date may request extended access, subject to an additional fee determined by the Company by emailing to jiayuh@jiayuhchyan.com to request extended access.

Access to program materials (e.g., course content, videos, documents) and the program community (e.g., forums, alumni groups) for the Jiayuh Chyan Level One Akashic Records Certification Program and Level Two Advanced Akashic Records Certification Program is provided for the program duration and expires 4 weeks after the final class of the respective program.

The Company may terminate access to program materials and the program community for any Client who violates these Terms of Service Agreement. The Company reserves the right to terminate access at its discretion. No refund will be given.

16.    Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Waterbury, Connecticut, USA, administered by a recognized arbitration body such as the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise agreed by the Company and the Client.

This governs all aspects of the Client’s participation in the Services, including sessions and Certification Programs, regardless of the Client’s location. Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply to international Clients, the Company will comply with such laws to the extent required.
