Please read our service agreement carefully before purchasing any service / product

By purchasing this service/product and/or applying for this program/course, and/or participating in this event/ promotion provided by Jiayuh Chyan [the “Company”], you - the purchaser [the “client”] accept and agree to be bound by the terms and services of this agreement. The company reserves the right to change the terms.

1. TERMS

The terms of this service begin on the date of making the appointment, applying for program/course, signing up for promotion/event or purchasing service/product.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

EBOOKS AND PRINT BOOKS ARE NON CANCELLABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER PURCHASE.

FOR REFUNDABLE SERVICES AND/OR PROGRAM/CLASS/EVENT/PROMOTION REGISTRATION, A 15% NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATION FEE APPLIES. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 85% OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT.

A single session: Refunds must be requested at least 1 business day before the scheduled appointment. After that no refunds will be granted.

A series of multiple sessions: Refunds must be requested at least 3 business days before the first scheduled appointment. After that no refunds will be granted.

A certification program or a series of classes: Refunds must be requested at least 3 weeks before the program starts. After that no refunds will be granted.

3. RESCHEDULE POLICY

A single session: Must be rescheduled at least 1 business day before the scheduled appointment.

A series of multiple sessions: Must be rescheduled at least 3 business days before the first scheduled appointment.

A certification program or a series of classes cannot be rescheduled.

4. NO SHOW POLICY

For any services or classes, once scheduled, the client is charged the full amount. No refunds will be granted if the client did not show up for the scheduled services or classes.

5. TRASFER POLICY

PURCHASES, APPLICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person and NONINTERCHANGEABLE with other services or classes.

6. SERVICE/PROGRAM/CLASS INTERRUPTION AND ABSENCE POLICY

If for any reason, the client is absent from a class in the middle of a scheduled program or a series of services/classes in a group setting, upon request by the client, the Company will provide the client with audio recordings of the group class after it’s completed.

If for any reason, the client is absent from a scheduled individual session in the middle of a program or a series of services/classes, this individual session is deemed FOREITED. No refund will be granted.

If due to health, family emergency, or natural disaster reasons, the client requests to pause attending the remaining scheduled program or a series of services/classes. Exceptions may be made solely at the Company’s discretion on a case by case basis and for ONE TIME ONLY. If granted, the client agrees to complete the remaining services/classes in the next available program/service/class and pay the price difference due to the price increase if applicable. SHOULD THE CLIENT FAIL TO RESUME ATTENDING THE NEXT AVAILABLE SERVICE/CLASS, THE REMAINING PART OF THE PROGRAM OR A SERIES OF SERVICES/CLASSES IS DEEMED FOREITED. No refund will be granted.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to or cancel service/program/class any time for any reason. The Company reserves the right to change the remaining schedule in the middle of a program or a series of services/classes due to unforeseen events and forces which are out of the Company’s control. In the event of such interruption, the Company will resume the remaining program or services/classes to a completion as soon as possible.

7. FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS POLICY

All appointments are deemed complete at the end of the session. No follow up questions regarding completed sessions will be answered. A new appointment is required for any additional questions.

8. CERTIFICATES POLICY

The client must complete all the required training and work successfully by the due date specified for the certification program to receive a certificate issued by the Company. Incomplete or past due work will not be accepted.

9. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

The Company does not dispense medical advice, make diagnoses or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment.

Services provided are to help the client’s personal and spiritual growth only. Information provided is for informational purposes only.

Services are not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment and advice of a qualified licensed professional including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, and psychological professionals.

By purchasing and participating in services you understand and agree that it is not a substitute for any qualified licensed professional services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and decisions.

While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content.

10. NO GUARANTEES DISCLAIMER

The Company makes no guarantee on the results you may get from using any service.

The client agrees that any statement made about the potential results or benefits of the service are an opinion of the Company only and not binding for the Company.

The Company may provide testimonials that show the results of benefits other clients have experienced using this service but those testimonials are only of those that provided the testimonial.

The results you receive are dependent on may factors including but not limited to: your composition as a unique human being with different needs and your dedication and commitment to the spiritual work/practice/homework as well as any other factors that the Company or the client cannot anticipate.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

Information the client provided or discussed during one on one sessions with the Company's representation is confidential. Information the client provided or offered during a group setting is not confidential.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

The Company respects the privacy concerns of the client. This privacy statement explains what information is gathered and how such information may be used.

The Company’s appointment sign-up form, Opt-in form, program application form, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address and personal preference information such as your preferred language and interests. Information submitted at the time of submission will be used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including without limitation the improvement of our products and services. The Company may also share such information with our business and promotional partners to further those interests.

Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and services/programs/ products. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings.

The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by the client.

Children Age 18 and Under: The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 18 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE COMPANY.

Links to External Sites: The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked in the product or at our website. The Company is also not responsible for any information that the client might share with such linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective privacy policy and practices prior to disclosing any information.

Information provided by the client via general e-mail inquiries to the Company such as your e-mail address is used only to respond to your inquiries in the ordinary course of business, and is never shared with third parties.

Security: Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, The Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information the client transmits via the internet. By transmitting any such information to the Company, you accept that you do so at your own risk.

Your Acceptance of These Terms: By purchasing the service/product/program or participating in event/promotion, the client accepts the policies and restrictions set forth in this Privacy Policy. If the client does not agree to this policy, please do not purchase nor participate.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The client agrees that the program (the “Product”) itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, services and/or other materials including from both recorded and live meetings, made available by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing, (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Jiayuh Chyan (the “Company”) are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers.

The client agrees that the live meetings itself which the client participates in the program (the “Product”) are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers and can be recorded by the Company and/or its third party providers.

The client agrees that such the Program’s Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice, and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text as well as all other materials included in the Program, excluding only the materials you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Program solely for your personal purpose.

No Program Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as other authors who created the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. You may not distribute, modify, transmit or use the content of the Program or any Content, including any and all software, tools, graphics and/or sound files, for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Company.

All Content, such as text, data, graphics files, videos and sound files, and other materials contained in the Program are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of the Company and/or a supplier to the Company. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.

The use of Content by the client is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Service. Any unauthorized use of Content may violate the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights of the Company and/or third parties, as well as the laws of privacy and publicity, and other regulations and statutes. Nothing contained in this Agreement or in the Program shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark or other proprietary information without the express written consent of the Company or third-party owner. The Company respects the copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights of others. The Company has the right, but has no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
